Low Tide

These steps used to be the main docking areas for boats between the sidewalks and the canals. However, thanks to global warming and other factors, the only time you will ever see the bottom of these steps is in the morning during low tide. Most of the day, they are under the water line keeping the algae that clings to it alive.
